Meet Amy Noone
A lifelong resident of Allegheny County, Amy Noone grew up living with her grandparents in the Electric Heights Housing Association in Turtle Creek. She attended the Community College of Allegheny County Boyce Campus graduating with an Associate in Science Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Afterward she earned her board certification and went on to work in healthcare as an echocardiographer for the former UPMC Braddock and St. Francis Medical Center.
Amy married her husband, Jason, in 1999. They have lived in Plum Borough for the past twenty years and have four children—three adult daughters and a teenage son. Their oldest daughter currently works in the healthcare industry, their middle daughter is serving active duty in the US Air Force, their youngest daughter is a full-time college student, and their son is a sophomore in high school.
Their family attended the Monroeville Assembly of God church for 18 years where Amy also worked as an administrative assistant from 2008-2016. She then stepped away from working to focus on homeschooling her children and helping her newly adopted son adjust to a new home and family.
Amy believes that her strong conservative values and personal life experiences have prepared her well for public service by giving her a unique perspective on the numerous challenges facing members of the 25th House District and those across our Commonwealth today.

Amy's Vision
Amy believes that many Pennsylvania residents are growing tired of being represented by career politicians seeking to advance their own political agenda rather than caring for the real needs of their constituents.
As a Pennsylvania State Representative, she wants to see the communities of District 25 reach their fullest potential and become a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Amy's Plan
Protecting Our Values
Amy has long held to the belief that our nation’s founding Christian principles and traditional values are the cornerstone of our country and need protecting. Many of today’s politicians seek to undermine the very values that make us strong—faith, freedom, and family. She believes that common-sense leadership empowers the people of the Commonwealth with the tools they need to live out the American Dream in their own lives.
Protecting Tax Dollars
Amy understands that high taxes hurt everyone. Being a strong voice for disciplined tax spending in Harrisburg is a top priority because people should be able to keep more of their hard-earned money to provide for their families.
Protecting Women and Children
As someone who personally experienced an unplanned pregnancy as a teen, Amy understands how challenging those circumstances can be. She wants to ensure that real help, support and resources are available for those who find themselves walking that same path.
Protecting Those Who Protect Us
Amy believes that we all owe a debt of gratitude to those who willingly and courageously protect us every day: our military, police, firefighters and EMT workers. They sacrifice to ensure the freedom and safety of our communities, and they should always have what they need to do their jobs.
Protecting School Choice
As a homeschooling mother of four children who also spent many years in the public school system, she knows the importance of providing opportunities for excellence in education for every student. It is vitally important that families are able to determine the best learning environment for their children.
Protecting Your Right to Protect Yourself
After witnessing domestic violence as a child, she believes your constitutional right to keep yourself safe should be upheld.
